So much for a week off!

Earlier today, Meta reached out to let me know it was releasing a last-minute software update for its Meta glasses. 🕶️ And yes, this update directly addresses our reporting last month, when we provided a firsthand look at how people have been disabling the recording light on the glasses to secretly film others.

Our video and story circulated widely. Today Meta responded in a big way to this issue. Here’s how:

OK, now back to vacation with… my new Meta glasses. ⛱️ Seriously, I’m testing the new Adventurer edition—working LED and all. See you next week. 🕶️
